Griezmann returns home:
Antoine Griezmann returns to Atlético de Madrid on loan for a season plus the possibility to extend it for an extra one and a compulsory purchase option for 40 million euros. The player, who has not fitted in at Barça, only wanted to leave in order to join Cholo Simeone´s team and has pulled it off in the last few hours of the transfer market. The second time for the Frenchman as a ‘Rojiblanco’ is about to start.
Chelsea acquire Saúl on loan:
Atlético de Madrid and Chelsea have reached an agreement for a season loan in exchange for 5 million plus a 40million purchase option for Saúl by the end of the season. The player wanted to leave Atlético this summer and was close to join Barça, but he has ended up becoming a ‘Blue’.
Radamel Falcao signs for Rayo Vallecano:
Colombian striker returns to LaLiga and signs for Rayo Vallecano for the next two seasons. Outstanding addition for a team that just came up to the first division and which have strengthened themselves extremely well on this transfer market.
Luuk de Jong joins FC Barcelona on loan:
The Dutch striker has moved to Barcelona on a season loan in the last few hours of the transfer market. He is a personal request from coach Koeman and will substitute Griezmann forward. Barça take care of his salary and will have a purchase option by the end of the season.
Eduardo Camavinga joins Real Madrid:
It has been a really intense week at the Santiago Bernabéu offices recently on the close of the transfer market. Mbappé will finally not come this year, but so does Eduardo Camavinga. The 18 years old midfielder comes from Stade Rennais in exchange for 31M€ + variables.

Marc Cucurella will play for Brighton:
Getafe and Brighton & Hove Albion have reached an agreement for the Spanish International U-21. The ‘Seagulls’ have paid 18M€ for his release clause and FC Barcelona will perceive 10% of the sale, that is to say, 1,8M€.
Cucurella will play in the Premier League for the next four seasons. The 23 years old comes to strengthen the left back position after multiple great seasons at Getafe and his outstanding performance with Spain in the Olympics.
Ilaix Moriba leaves Barcelona to join Lepzig:

Chelsea FC have announced one of the most expensive and mediatic trades of this transfer market, as they have acquired Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan until 2026. Despite the Italian club did not plan to sell him this summer, Chelsea´s unrejectable offer for 115 million euros has changed their minds.

Jack Grealish becomes a ‘Citizen’:
Manchester City have announced Jack Grealish, who comes from Aston Villa, in exchange for 120 million euros, which makes him the most expensive sign in British football history transfer market.
His addition will considerably improve City´s offensive line, as Pep Guardiola will count on one of the rising stars in the Premier League. Grealish could make his debut next Saturday in the upcoming Community Shield final against Leicester City.

Vitolo joins Getafe on loan:
Getafe have announced Vitolo´s addition on loan for a season. The Canary midfielder still has a year pending contract with Atlético until June 2022, but requested an exit in order to have more playing time, which he has been unable to earn under Simeone since he became a ‘Rojiblanco’ back in January 2018.
On the other hand, Getafe´s head coach Míchel has promised him to have an important role on the team ahead of next season, which has convinced the player.
Trincão joins Wolves on loan:
FC Barcelona have announced Francisco Trincao´s department on loan to the Wolverhampton Wanderers until June 2022. Furthermore, the English club will have a not compulsory purchase option.

At the age of 27, he has finished the 2020/2021 campaign with 22 goals and is playing the EURO with Holland as well. He was actually coach by Koeman in the ‘Oranje’ squad. Wijnaldum joins PSG:

Emerson Royal signs for Barça:
FC Barcelona have decided to purchase right back Emerson Royal from Real Betis. The final price has been 9 million euros. The Brazilian will add depth and offensive performance on the right wing, a spot where he they only had Dest until now. This is the third trade that Barça have completed so far.
Carlo Ancelotti, the chosen one:
It is oficial. Carlo Ancelotti returns to Real Madrid´s bench six years later. The Italian coach has signed for three seasons. Real Madrid have great memories under Ancelotti´s charge, as he was the coach to conquer the famous ‘Décima’ in 2014, where he complete dan excellent season by winning the Champions League and the Spanish Cup.
However, those two titles were not enough for him to keep the job the next season, as he did not lift any trophy despite battling for LaLiga until the last fixture and falling in the Champions League semifinals against Juventus.
He has coached since then Bayern, Napoli and Everton and now comes back to the White club on a clear bet from the board of directors to stick by a quiet coaching style after Zidane´s unexpected exit.
