LaLiga is starting to tighten up at the top and at the bottom. FC Barcelona confirmed their results crisis against Diego Martínez’s UD Las Palmas, while Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid continue to be on the lookout. At the bottom, Valladolid have sacked Pezzolano after their drubbing against the ‘Colchoneros’, Espanyol took a breather after their win over Celta and Valencia were beaten again. UD Las Palmas knock out Barça:
FC Barcelona hosted UD Las Palmas at home. At first glance, it seemed an ideal match for the ‘blaugranas’ to recover good sensations in front of their fans, but the Canaries went all out for the game from minute one. The Argentinian striker is already starting to show us his best virtues and to show a performance that is close to what was expected from his signing.
