ELXIIDEAL is a media project meant to release any kind of content related to football (soccer) and the NBA. We work daily to offer the best quality information about the latest in the sports world, players and main european leagues´scouting, analysis of the most important matches, interviews to the main characters and debate videos at our website and both our Twitch and YouTube channels.
We are a team formed by journalists who share the ambition to grow professionally and achieve the goal of building a new media that tells stories on a different way through a deeper analysis of each fact.
Guillermo Bermejo Jiménez (Logroño, 2000)
CEO and founder of ELXIIDEAL. Journalism graduated at the University of Málaga. A football and NBA fan, I have created this media with the ambition to obtain a spot among the media market. I have lived in the United States (Minnesota) and I love to travel and get to know different countries and cultures. Thanks to this project, I have fulfilled my goal of combining my vocation (journalism) and passion (sports). The quality of the content we release is our top priority.
Francisco Butrón (Algeciras, 2000)
Graduated in Journalism by the University of Málaga. I have been a football fan since I was a kid, but now I prefer to watch it rather than playing it, as some of us are too old for that anymore. I have passion for the team of my hometown, Algeciras CF and I am specialized in modest football: “I rather cry for my hometown than for a team that is 500 kilometers away from me. I am also a little nerd of the Japanese culture.
Nuño Alonso (Santiago de Compostela, 2002)
Journalism student at the University of Santiago de Compostela. I am a basketball and NBA fan, but I also follow other sports such as football (soccer) and the F1. I aim to report and make opinions on the best stories from the sports I love.
Brais González (Salvaterra de Miño, 2002)
Journalism student at the University of Santiago de Compostela. I love football (soccer) since I was a kid, which brought me close to the media and journalism. That kid that dreamed of being a footballer now is very happy to be a journalist.
Hugo Portela (Pontevedra, 2002)
Journalism student at the University of Santiago de Compostela. I love football since I was a kid, and I have been playing it since the age of 5. I always had the ambition to be a sports journalist and I have Manolo Lama as one of my main referents. Even though I follow national football (soccer), my main passion is international football. I love the Premier League and the Bundesliga, but sometimes I also follow the Serie A or the Primera RFEF. As a curiosity, I support Ajax, a team that is not that popular in Spain, and my favorite players are dribbler wingers.
Ismael López (Jaén, 2002)
Journalism student at the University of Málaga. Football is my life. I had barely learned to speak by the time I was already imitating football commentators through newspaper cuts. I love sports journalism, and I like to inform, communicate, debate, analyze, write and specially narrate football.
Marcos Rodríguez (Ourense, 2002)
Journalism student at the University of Santiago de Compostela. I have always been linked to any kind of sports since I was a kid. My dream was to be a footballer, but as I was unable to accomplish it, now I work on talking about it. I love to inform, but specially to make opinions. I am a loyal follower of football (soccer), the NBA and the F1.
Darío Portela (Vilagarcía de Arousa, 2002)
Journalism student at the University of Valladolid. I like football, both national and international competitions. I enjoy a lot with communication and making all kinds of journalism, whatever ambit it is.
Diego Otero (Arcade, 2001)
Journalism graduated at the University of Santiago de Compostela and Sports Journalism Master Degree student at the University of Villanueva. I am a sport passionate, specially football, which is the sport I have been playing since I was a kid. I like to write unknown stories from sports, with less impact, but with great importance for the sport fan.
Rocío Nadales (Málaga, 2002)
Journalist student at the University of Málaga. I can say that I was born with a ball on my feet. I was always sure that I wanted to make a living out of something related to football and I came across this incredible job thanks to the commentators of the games from my childhood. I believe that sports have the power to change the world, just like communication does. I always try to give voice to Women’s football.
EDITION AND SOCIAL MEDIA:
Marta de Jesús Calle Gálvez (Marbella, 2000)
Recently graduated in Journalism from the University of Málaga, which is the career that has allowed me to realize how much I like to tell stories. Writing is one of my passions, but I also love to edit videos, audios and photos. Football has been part of my life since I was a kid, as I have always followed closely LaLiga Santander and the European competitions, specially the Champions League, just as the national teams tournaments where Spain takes part in, as I am specialized on that.
